Mr. Green is an entrepreneurial minded individual who has had a lifetime passion for cooking. Learning alongside his father, he has been cooking since the age of twelve. He has cooked banquet dinners for up to 250 people, and has gained valuable experience working with Bob Baker and Pam Cook at St. Alexius Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri for over 3 years. There he learned effective and efficient management skills, food preparation, and serving food at its appropriate temperature. Besides adeptly managing staff, Mr. Green excels at establishing positive rapport and long term relationships with customers, which is essential in the hospitality industry.
